The Neuroscope is a valuable tool in today’s fast paced world.  Its function is for patient self-application.  It is especially effective in treating the physical symptoms of stress, relieving anxiety, sleep disorders and both acute and chronic pain issues (especially tension headaches).

An excellent personal treatment device for the busy person on-the-go as an adjunct to clinical Acuscope and Myopulse therapy.  Where extended rehabilitation requires additional treatments at home to support and prolong the benefits of an office visit, the Neuroscope engages the patient in self-care activity.

This instrument was originally developed for use as Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) for neurological benefits and the psychological relief when pain is reduced.  Cranial Electrotherapy is known to be effective in alleviating physiological symptoms of anxiety, depression and insomnia.  It has also been used as a treatment for migraine headaches, during drug withdrawal and alcohol rehabilitation.  It has been found to successfully help prevent venous thrombosis by improving blood circulation.

The Neuroscope 230 provides a comfortable, convenient and reliable method of administering gentle micro-currents in impedence controlled trans-cerebral stimulation.  While travelling, especially through wide-ranging time zones, the Neuroscope is an excellent tool when used to reduce or eliminate "jet lag".  It is thought to normalize circadian cycles, and help restore overall energy, thereby promoting mental clarity and physical stamina.

A prescription for TENS (Transcutaneous Electro-Neural Stimulation) is required for patient home use.
