Shortly after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated confirmation if you provide an email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation please contact us at jan@jandacri.com. You will not receive a shipping confirmation; however, you will receive your order by Priority U.S. Mail or Ground UPS within 2 weeks; or, be notified of any delay at that time by email.  If no email address has been provided and there is a delay in your shipment for any reason, we will attempt to reach you at the telephone number you provide. Actual shipping times vary by your location, product and ship method. If the item you order is out of stock we will email you with an update on the status of your order.

Shipping & handling rate will appear as you place your order and will be included in the total charged to your card.  Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.
